Life and relationships can be rewarding and challenging. The balance can be difficult to achieve. Sometimes we need a place to work through these challenges and difficulties. Counseling can be one of those places but finding a therapist and discovering if that therapist is a ‘good fit’ offers one more challenge to the process. My hope is to help. I specialize in relationship counseling (couples, families, and work relationships). I also work with individuals with depression, anxiety and other mood/behavioral problems. If you need assistance in this process, please reach out to me and we can begin this journey together.
My basic assumption is that we can experience fulfillment and enjoyment in life and relationships. Finding ourselves and being our best self in life and in relationships is a life goal and the good news is that it is achievable.
I am seminary trained and consider the spiritual aspect of our life an integral part of our journey and invite these conversations into the counseling process. Please understand that I do not impose my beliefs and I hold in high regard your beliefs and your own spiritual/life experiences. My counseling office is judgement free and designed to be a ‘safe space’ to process your experiences/emotions and achieve life’s rewards.
