Hi, I’m Catherine.

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee.

Helping couples and individuals have amazing marriages, relationships and lives.

Life is full of ups and downs. Our lives tend to have both joyful and heartbreaking moments. The difficult times, like the death of a partner, infidelity, unemployment or health issues can feel overwhelming, shake our view of ourselves, and have consequences to our relationships. Depression, anxiety, and grief can often find a foothold in our lives during these times.

I can help you navigate those difficult times and move forward. It can feel overwhelming and difficult to ask for help, especially if you are feeling scared or embarrassed about things that have happened in your past, things you have no control over, but seem to be controlling you.

Reach Out

It is normal to feel stuck, worried, or full of grief during crisis, after a traumatic event, or as a result of trauma. It is normal for relationships to get stuck in distressed cycles during and after crisis or trauma. It is normal for early childhood experiences to shape and effect our relationships with those we love. Relationships are not easy, and it is easy to get disconnected.

Are You Ready?

With the help of an empathetic, compassionate, and experienced therapist, you can reconnect with yourself, your sense of joy, and find lost connection with loved ones. If you are ready, I can help. Contact me for a free 15 min consultation.

I also offer clinical supervision to clinicians pursuing licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist.

Imagine a Healthier Relationship

“Only when we are brave enough to explore the darkness will we discover the infinite power of our light.”

– Brene Brown

In our relationships, we are all vulnerable.

Paradoxically, when we embrace that vulnerability, we open ourselves to the real juice of life.

We acknowledge the courage it takes to show yourself to someone you just met. Our goal is to make counseling a safe and supportive atmosphere where you feel heard and understood. If you are struggling, we are here to help.
