Hi, I’m Catherine.
I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist in Tennessee.
I love helping couples learn safe ways of communicating and rediscovering their best selves in relationship.
I help couples who want to feel connected and safe with each other but struggle to find intimacy and safety. I am trained as a relationship therapist and an individual therapist. I guide couples and individuals toward healing using a variety of methods, including EFCT (Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy), EMDR, and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
I also offer professional supervision for Marriage and Family Therapists pre and post MFT licensure.
You Can Reconnect
I know from years of working with couples that it is possible to stop fighting, to improve communication, and to resolve “hot button” issues for good so that you can reconnect and feel understood by your partner.
Are You Ready for a Healthier Relationship?
I believe that both partners deserve to feel safe and connected in a relationship. If you’re ready to start the road toward a healthier relationship, please schedule a free phone consultation today.

In our relationships, we are all vulnerable.
Paradoxically, when we embrace that vulnerability, we open ourselves to the real juice of life.
We acknowledge the courage it takes to show yourself to someone you just met. Our goal is to make counseling a safe and supportive atmosphere where you feel heard and understood. If you are struggling, we are here to help.
